     New coaching groups begin approximately every three months. This is a very exciting option for those interested in an invigorating, empowering, and supportive interaction with others making changes in how they live their lives.

     There is a choice of the following two standard formats. Both formats include 4 hours of individual coaching for each group participant.
        +One group meets for 12 weeks, 2 hours per week.
        +One group meets for 4 months, 6 hours per month. 

     The total cost for each format is $1000.
